Cecilia Quigley received her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from La Jolla University. Ms. Quigley’s expertise is in risk assessment and crisis intervention. She has extensive experience working with individuals and families involved the family court system in both the public and private sectors. As SRI Administrative Director, Ms. Quigley directs client intake, coordinates treatment and works with the Clinical and Executive Directors on the development and expansion of current programming to better serve SRI clients.
