Lisa Meneshian is a post-doctoral fellow. She earned her Master’s Degree in Public Health from UCLA and her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Meneshian has extensive experience working with adults in individual, couples and group psychotherapy. Her clinical specializations include sexual compulsivity, sexual addiction and sexual offending. She works in both the sex addiction and sex offender programs at SRI and can also provide psychological testing. One of Dr. Meneshian’s primary goals is to help her patients them improve their abilities to comfortably access and express their emotions. She empowers her patients to comfortably regulate their emotions and nurture themselves, rather than using their sexual addictive behaviors as a way of coping.
