Over three intensive days, we will tackle many of the complex issues related to recovery from the trauma involved with being in a relationship with a sex addict. Educational and interactive, this workshop is designed to empower you to feel more in control of your emotional roller coaster as you struggle with your recovery options.

• Break free from codependent labels as you investigate the sexual addiction recovery cycle Come to terms with shame-based core beliefs

• Heal your trauma through centering and other grounding exercises

• Transform unhealthy family dynamics

• Access ways to set personal boundaries

• Incorporate stages of healthy intimacy
