12-Step Programs

Below are select listings for 12-step Sex Addict Groups and groups for those struggling with intimacy disorders, cheating and porn addiction as well as Spouse, Partner, Couple and Family Groups. Some meetings are open to anyone who wishes to attend, while others are closed to members only or are gender-specific. It’s best to check ahead by calling a local hotline number, which will help determine the best meeting for you or your loved ones. The hotline numbers will confidentially take your name and number and call you back with meeting information or provide a recorded announcement.

  12-step program similar to SA except “committed relationship” is used instead of “marriage.” These meetings are limited in number but open to everyone in sexual recovery.

• COSA

  National 12-step program for spouses or partners of sexual addicts and sexual offenders. Both men and women in attendance. Companion program to SAA.
• COSLAA

  A 12-step support group for the recovery of family, friends and significant others whose lives have been affected by their relationship with someone addicted to sex and love. COSLAA is also known as CO-Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous.
• Recovering Couples Anonymous (RCA)

  A national 12-step program focused on the recovery issues of the couple itself. Both partners (addict and co-addict) are encouraged to attend. All committed couples are welcome.
