Living with or discovering a spouse’s hidden sexual life is shameful, overwhelming, frightening and infuriating. Therapy for partners at The Sexual Recovery Institute helps partners cope with the fear, anger, concern and confusion that involvement with a potential sex addict can bring. We offer individual counseling and supportive groups to spouses and partners seeking information, direction and help.
SRI understands your concern for yourself, your family and your loved ones. We can help with your overwhelming feelings of betrayal, anger, and confusion and have worked with many hundreds of sexual addicts and partners in similar circumstances. SRI offers treatment services to all partners and spouses regardless of the current status of your relationship.
SRI offers a special Partners/Spouses Group solely for those in situations like yours. This is a helpful, confidential way to find support and have questions answered about the future – supported by those who have been through this before you. We also can help provide intervention services if your spouse has not yet acknowledged their problem. It is not necessary for the sex addict to be enrolled in our program for you to get help here at SRI. We offer empathy, understanding, and direction during this difficult time.
